About the Role:

The ServiceNow and Oracle EBS Operations Manager will provide ongoing technical guidance to stakeholders, ensuring the performance, governance, and day-to-day operations of ServiceNow and Oracle E-Business suite services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and development services for the Territory's Whole of Government Oracle E-Business Suite system
  • Develop, administer, support, and maintain the Territory's Whole of Government ServiceNow platform
  • Mature overall technical capability of services and resources within it
  • Support organisational objectives of the Technology Services Branch (TSB) and enable hybrid service delivery and design thinking in DDTS

Requirements:

  • Broad technical skills and a highly developed understanding of ICT principles and frameworks
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant STEM field such as Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems etc.
  • Possessing an Infrastructure Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation Certificate or strong knowledge of ITIL
  • Project management experience and/or qualifications

What We Offer:

This is a temporary position available immediately for up to six months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with flexible work arrangements, including the possibility of working from home part time.
