Overview

ServiceNow Engineer / Solution Architect

Are you a ServiceNow expert ready to shape a major CRM platform within a secure Defence environment? We're looking for a skilled ServiceNow Engineer / Solution Architect to lead the technical delivery of a high-impact CRM solution on the ServiceNow Protected Platform (DSPP). This is a unique opportunity to design and implement a scalable architecture that supports both internal Defence operations and future public-facing services, all while working in a high-security environment.

Location: Canberra, ACT or Melbourne, VIC

Key Duties
  • Design and implement CRM capabilities using ServiceNow PSDS modules within the Protected domain (DSPP).
  • Develop solution engineering artefacts including workflows, data models, configuration specs, and traceability matrices.
  • Architect and document integration pathways, identity federation planning, and data segregation strategies for DSPP and DSOP.
  • Support governance activities and deliver security documentation to ensure accreditation within the PROTECTED environment.
Key Criteria
  • Strong experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in secure or government settings, with a focus on scalable architecture.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) and Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
  • Deep understanding of integration with external identity providers and secure data handling across classified domains.
  • Ability to produce high-quality architectural and security artefacts aligned with ISM, PSPF, and IRAP frameworks.
