Empowering Individuals with Disabilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support services under the NDIS framework
  • Develop and implement behaviour support plans in collaboration with clients, families, carers, and allied health professionals
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) and provide expert recommendations
  • Work autonomously while being supported by a national team of Senior Practitioners and Clinical Leaders

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Core or Proficient PBS Practitioner
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary PBS frameworks and FBA methodologies
  • Excellent written communication and report writing skills
