We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Coordinator to join our Engineering & Construction Division in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to our Pre-Contracts Manager, ensuring the successful compilation and submission of tenders and proposals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate input from subject matter experts to compile tenders and proposals, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain records on our server, coordinate access and authorities, and update registers.
- Manage tender files, audit completeness of approvals, and ensure handover.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong team mentality and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism (desirable but not essential).
- Initiative to set and achieve work goals, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and strong attention to detail.
- High level of time management and ability to handle fluctuating workloads.
- Self-motivated, career-driven, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
