Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Tender Writer to join our high-performing, goal-oriented, and collaborative team. As a Tender Writer, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, managing, developing, writing, reviewing, submitting, and reporting on tender, grant, and bidding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Commercial Team to develop tender responses to strategically aligned opportunities.
- Manage CRM to extract meaningful insights and prepare reports on key verticals and geographies.
- Format proposal documents to ensure strong brand compliance.
- Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables, and graphs in line with our branding.
- Review proposal documents, including editing, grammar, and spelling, prior to submission.
- Coordinate business development proposals/responses and ensure internal review and submission deadlines are met.
- Prepare presentations and content.
- A minimum of 3 years' qualifications experience in content, tender, and proposal writing.
- Experience in commercial property will be well regarded.
- Expert level Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
- Outstanding written skills, including the ability to write convincing and customer-focused content.
- Strong coordination, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Experience in the design and coordination of tender documents.
- Experience editing and formatting Word templates and complex documents.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Flexible and adaptable personality.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work within allocated time frames in a deadline-driven environment.
