Tender Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Writer to join our Commercial Team at Secure Parking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, managing, developing, writing, reviewing, submitting, and reporting on tender, grant, and bidding opportunities.
In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial Team to develop the tender response to strategically aligned opportunities. You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing bid responses to client specifications, managing CRM to extract meaningful insights and prepare reports on key verticals and geographies, and formatting proposal documents ensuring strong brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and prepare bid responses to client specifications
- Manage CRM to extract meaningful insights and prepare reports on key verticals and geographies
- Format proposal documents ensuring strong brand compliance
- Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables, and graphs in line with our branding
- Review proposal documents including editing, grammar, and spelling prior to submission
- Coordinate business development proposals/responses and ensure internal review and submission deadlines are met
- Prepare presentations and content
- A minimum of 3 years' qualifications experience in content, tender, and proposal writing
- Experience in commercial property will be well regarded
- Must have expert-level Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
- Outstanding written skills including the ability to write convincing and customer-focused content
- Strong coordination, project management, and time management skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Experience in the design and coordination of tender documents
- Experience editing and formatting Word templates and complex documents
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Flexible and adaptable personality
- Ability to prioritize
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work within allocated time frames in a deadline-driven environment
