About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tender Writer to join our Commercial Team at Secure Parking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, managing, developing, writing, reviewing, submitting, and reporting on tender, grant, and bidding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Commercial Team to develop tender responses to strategically aligned opportunities.
  • Manage CRM to extract meaningful insights and prepare reports on key verticals and geographies.
  • Format proposal documents ensuring strong brand compliance.
  • Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables, and graphs in line with our branding.
  • Review proposal documents, including editing, grammar, and spelling, prior to submission.
  • Coordinate business development proposals/responses and ensure internal review and submission deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' qualifications experience in content, tender, and proposal writing.
  • Experience in commercial property will be well regarded.
  • Expert level Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
  • Outstanding written skills, including the ability to write convincing and customer-focused content.
  • Strong coordination, project management, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Experience in the design and coordination of tender documents.
  • Experience editing and formatting Word templates and complex documents.
