About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Warrigal. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing employee relations to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations to create a positive and supportive work environment
  • Address grievances, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Develop and implement our pay and benefits framework to ensure competitive and fair packages
  • Contribute to building a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • High level of experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or compensation management
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and frameworks, including the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with managers and resolve employee relations issues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel to other Warrigal locations as required
Desirable Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the aged care industry
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365)
