  • Ensure compliance with employment laws

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • High level of experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or compensation management
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, regulations, and frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with managers and resolve employee relations issues
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
