Job Title: Senior Manager Culture

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk and compliance initiatives. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney and requires a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing risk culture programs, as well as designing and delivering training programs to address capability gaps. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk culture strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk culture initiatives.
  • Champion a proactive risk culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk culture programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
  • Proven track record in culture programs and training development.
