Job Summary

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

  • This role will involve leading assessments of our risk culture through surveys and data analysis, developing actionable plans to enhance our risk culture.
  • You will design and implement tailored risk and compliance training programs to address capability gaps across our organization and its related entities.
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders and functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk culture initiatives is crucial.
  • Championing a proactive risk culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing risk culture strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance risk awareness and understanding.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders and teams to drive risk culture initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting risk culture progress.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk culture programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
  • Proven track record in culture programs and training development.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
