Senior Risk and Change Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk and change management initiatives.
As a Senior Risk and Change Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping and embedding a proactive safety-by-design approach across the operation.
- Lead complex change and risk programs with a strong understanding of safety management systems.
- Partner with senior leaders, project managers, and technical specialists to evaluate, assess, and implement risk controls.
- Apply knowledge of human factors and socio-technical systems to anticipate and manage the impacts of change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend effective mitigations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of risk management processes.
- Qualifications in safety management, risk, human factors, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years' experience in risk and change management within aviation or another high reliability industry.
- Proven ability to lead and negotiate with key internal and external stakeholders.
