Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Manager, Line 2 Risk Oversight and Assurance.

This is a pivotal position that requires the ability to leverage deep risk expertise to support the review and enhancement of policies and frameworks within our business unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in a regulator-mandated risk transformation program, designing and implementing uplifted policies and frameworks while fostering a culture of risk awareness across the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and financial services regulatory requirements.
  • They must be able to operate within risk and compliance frameworks with a strategic and commercial approach to compliance.
  • Excellent analytical skills are required to prepare reports on risk profiles, compliance plans, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, the following qualifications and skills are required:

  • University-level qualifications in business management or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a risk, compliance, or legal role, with a focus on superannuation regulation.
  • Proven ability to analyze and communicate complex matters in a commercially sensible manner.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
