Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at PowerData Group Consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on delivering end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform, including process automation, report development, and dashboard creation.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our clients, including workflow customizations and system configurations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with our Agile team to deliver multiple projects and Business as Usual (BAU) initiatives incorporating ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- High level of expertise in ServiceNow, with experience in implementing and configuring the platform.
- Strong understanding of technical implementation, process automation, and system configurations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and team members.
Location
Primary office is in Canberra, however working remotely from alternate location may be considered.
