Job Title: Site Facilitator

This is a dynamic career opportunity with a leading industrial and safety supplies supplier in Australia.

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to valued clients. You will travel onsite to visit customers, replenish vending machines, and ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to strict customer and company WHS policies and procedures
  • Provide face-to-face customer support at customer sites
  • Travel to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines
  • Maintain close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met
  • Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements

To be successful, you will have:

  • Customer service or retail experience with warehousing knowledge an advantage
  • A strong commitment to safety
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability
  • Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver's vehicle license
