Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on creating positive relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic, social, medication, and personal care services to clients in their homes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Certificate III in a Care related field or working towards
  • Current First Aid certificate, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Check
  • Driver's licence with an insured vehicle
  • Genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others
  • Willingness to provide support to clients with everyday needs and activities
