Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Quality Manager to oversee the implementation and effectiveness of our quality management systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing quality management systems, with a proven track record of driving improvement and excellence. You will be responsible for defining and managing audit and compliance programs, reviewing project deliverables, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for systematically monitoring and managing our quality management systems, ensuring they meet legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining and managing audit and compliance programs and schedules
  • Reviewing and evaluating project deliverables from all phases of the lifecycle
  • Identifying, driving or managing Continual Improvement and Operational Excellence programs
  • Systematically monitoring and managing the quality management systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards
  • Proven experience managing Quality Management Systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • People leadership experience
