Job Description
This leadership role is responsible for driving quality excellence across the entire value chain. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic actions to improve quality, manage global quality processes, and drive certification activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term strategic actions to improve quality.
- Manage global quality processes in respective areas of responsibility.
- Drive quality-related certification activities and internal/external audits to maintain quality management systems.
- Ensure delivery of overall quality objectives and targets.
- Establish process performance indicators and ensure effective internal controls are in place.
- Analyze process indicators continuously and take corrective actions when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold an Engineering degree and have Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above certification (QLT.02.QCI). Additionally, they should have experience with quality core tools, including 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA, and be able to teach others. ISO certification and auditing experience is also a plus.
