Strategic Quality Compliance Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the company's quality management strategy, ensuring alignment with ISO certifications and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive quality policies and procedures.
- Coordinating internal and external audits, including environmental management and occupational health & safety assessments.
- Collaborating with a globally distributed team to achieve quality objectives and drive business excellence.
- Providing support on customer quality requirements and resolving issues effectively through process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, quality or engineering, preferably with relevant industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in quality and compliance management, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong understanding of ISO certification framework, principles, and industry best practices.
This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the VP of Global Operations. The successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, based in the US.
