Commercial Quality Excellence

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Commercial Quality Lead to drive compliance and embed a culture of quality excellence, lead transformational initiatives that enhance service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Lead integration of the Commercial Quality Framework across multiple commercial service areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement and compliance through collaboration with site leaders, sales, and service delivery teams.
  • Support internal and external audits, implement corrective actions, and develop quality documentation and food safety systems.
  • Build relationships with commercial customers, resolve escalations, and support site operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality with customer needs and report on performance, trends, and improvement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes, ideally within food production and/or manufacturing-based industries.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Halal, Kosher, Organics, and other relevant standards.
  • Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in a relevant discipline including Quality Assurance is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years' industry experience in quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing or production.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems.
  • Experience in the disability sector is desirable.
