Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to leverage their Recruitment Consultant/Coordinator skills in a high-volume recruitment environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including screening, candidate assessments and offer phone calls. You will also source the best talent for our store through Recruitment Showcases/assessment centers and partner with our store leadership teams to align candidates to suitable departments and roles.

You will oversee our careers inbox and other related administration tasks and ensure timely completion of these responsibilities.

  • End-to-end recruitment, including screening, candidate assessments and offer phone calls
  • Source the best talent for our store through Recruitment Showcases/assessment centers
  • Partner with our store leadership teams to align candidates to suitable departments and roles
  • Oversee our careers inbox and other related administration tasks

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, administration or a customer-centric role (volume recruitment background advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
