Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and deepening advice-led relationships with small businesses in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales initiatives and deliver effective strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Identify and develop small business credit, deposit, and treasury management opportunities within the assigned coverage area
  • Routinely contact prospective, existing, and assigned clients to develop relationships and new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular meetings with assigned teams to communicate topical issues and review small business prospect and relationship opportunities
  • Possess the ability to assess customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in business banking
  • Proven success in sales and sales management, as well as excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with specialists

Working Conditions:

The incumbent will be expected to work Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required. Flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.
