About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our rehabilitation management services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals navigate complex rehabilitation plans and achieve their goals.

Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (completed 5th year - Masters Degree required for Psychology applicants)
  • Registration with relevant authorities
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The Position

As a specialist in rehabilitation, you will deliver assessments and counselling to individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances. You will conduct assessments to help guide individuals towards their new career, collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients, identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
