Professor of Wellbeing Science

We are seeking a highly respected academic and researcher to join our team as a Professor of Wellbeing Science. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of wellbeing science and make a significant impact on the mental health and wellbeing of Australian society.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research, education, and practice in wellbeing science, developing and implementing community-based wellbeing programs, and collaborating with partners in schools, communities, government, and beyond.
About YouYou will be a specialist in positive psychology and wellbeing science with a strong track record of research and teaching experience. You will have a demonstrated capacity to make a leadership contribution to the future directions of research in wellbeing and human thriving.
You will possess:
- A PhD or equivalent research doctorate in positive psychology and wellbeing science.
- Demonstrated experience working at a Professor level and leading research projects.
- Experience in working with service providers and community groups to deliver mental health and wellbeing programs to diverse groups.
- Evidence of successful teaching at undergraduate and graduate level, including the ability to make significant contributions to the design and coordination of innovative and distinguished programs.
