Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Specialist to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Interpreting and mapping legislation to drive regulatory frameworks.
  • Designing and coordinating regulatory systems to ensure compliance.
  • Undertaking business process analysis to design, develop or improve regulatory processes.
  • Reviewing delegations, governance, regulatory landscape, or enforcement capability.
  • Designing risk-based approaches to monitor and report on compliance activities.
  • Drafting client briefs, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in regulatory or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated experience across the regulatory lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Legal degree (BLaws or Juris Doctor), or close to completing your degree.
  • Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
