Regulatory Advisor Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our consulting team. As a Regulatory Advisor, you will collaborate with clients to provide solutions and achieve successful outcomes.
The role involves working closely with regulators to design, deliver, evaluate, and improve service offerings across the regulatory lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Interpreting, mapping, and reviewing legislation and regulatory regimes to ensure compliance.
- Designing and coordinating regulatory and compliance frameworks to meet client needs.
- Conducting business process mapping to optimize regulatory processes and improve efficiency.
- Identifying emerging issues in regulatory domains and providing expert advice.
- Developing and implementing risk-based approaches to mitigate potential risks.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance and enforcement activities.
- Preparing high-quality reports, briefings, policies, and procedures for clients.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a government or consulting environment.
- Demonstrated expertise across the regulatory lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual presentation skills to communicate complex ideas.
- An Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
