We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization.
- This position requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within our team, supporting customers by being the first point of contact for our clients; putting them at the centre of everything you do. You will identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy, and secure.
- Support NAB's branch by working closely with colleagues to deliver quality service to our customers.
