Guest Service Representative Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our Front Office team.

This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and responding to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality roles, possess a guest-first mindset with great attention to detail and service delivery, and be proactive, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and care
  • Respond to guest requests and questions with professionalism and local knowledge
  • Promote loyalty program and support sign-up targets
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences
  • Manage phone calls, bookings, and basic porter duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
  • Guest-first mindset with great attention to detail and service delivery
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
