Your Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS by establishing trust and rapport with a variety of new and existing customers.
  • DELIVER CUSTOMISED SOLUTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS by developing tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • REACH AND EXCEED SALES TARGETS AND KPIs by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • CONTINUALLY LEARN AND GROW IN THE ROLE AND BEYOND by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • PROMOTE A POSITIVE AND RESILIENT APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE by embodying a customer-centric mindset and providing excellent service in all interactions.

The Requirements for Success:

  • EXPERIENCE IN A CUSTOMER-FACING ROLE is essential, as is the ability to easily build connections with a variety of new and existing customers.
  • ABILITY TO EASILY BUILD CONNECTIONS WITH VARIETY OF NEW AND EXISTING CUSTOMERS is critical, as is an appetite to quickly develop customised solutions for customers.
  • HUNGER TO REACH (AND EXCEED) SALES TARGETS AND KPIs is necessary, as is a positive and resilient approach to customer service.
