Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Multidisciplinary Technology Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate various departments with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operations Management
    • Coordinate, manage, and prioritize project and company-related tasks and resources daily.
    • Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely completion within budget.
    • Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe work environment.
  2. Customer Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Act promptly to address customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
  3. Team Leadership and Development
    • Manage technology resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology-based project management and construction methodology.
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree.
