Coal Laboratory Manager

This role is for a leader who can inspire and motivate a dedicated team in Muswellbrook. As Laboratory Supervisor, you will oversee daily activities and coordinate workload with other branches as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring the team's performance using risk management tools.
- Leading laboratory work conducted by the Muswellbrook Branch.
- Developing team members through coaching and mentoring in best practice coal preparation and testing processes.
- Assisting with recruiting and onboarding new staff.
- Performing other duties as required by SGS management.
Requirements include:
- Working knowledge of Sampling, Preparation, Analysis, Validation, and Reporting.
- Experience with administrative tasks and moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proven time management skills and computer skills in Word, Excel, and CCLAS.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Coal Laboratories.
