Overview

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a business resilience framework that aligns with our commercial strategy and supports sustainable growth.

The Head of Business Resilience plays a crucial part in commercial performance by safeguarding the long-term sustainability and resilience of our Health Services business and its service lines.

Key Responsibilities include developing and leading the design and execution of a business resilience framework, representing the Commercial Function as a key thought leader, and supporting business teams to identify, assess and manage risks across all dimensions of business resilience.

Requirements for success in this role include experience in resilience, risk, legal or governance roles within a large organisation, deep knowledge of operational risk frameworks, and the ability to translate these into business-embedded controls.
