Business Resilience Lead

This is a key role in the transformation of our risk management framework. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Operational Resilience to implement business recovery and crisis management components across the organisation.

  • Support the development and implementation of annual programs of work for business recovery and crisis management.
  • Design and deliver business continuity and crisis management training.
  • Provide specialist advice to support business continuity plan owners and coordinators.
  • Work with the business to review and improve business recovery and crisis plans.
  • Support the execution of crisis management team training and exercising program.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary or professional qualifications, experience in operationalising enterprise business resilience frameworks, and knowledge of business resilience and crisis management standards.
