About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of the core business sales team, coordinating support functions to assist in meeting customer requirements, qualifying and entering initial enquiries, and maximizing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves B2B sales consulting, generating and following up leads, and maintaining communication through HubSpot, following the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and enter new sales enquiries into the HubSpot system.
  • Provide initial contact with online enquiries and set benchmarks for response times.
  • Support the partnership program and arrange field trips for consultants.
  • Maintain the integrity of data in HubSpot.
  • Take frontline sales calls and provide follow-up calls to customers.
  • Consolidate and report data for monthly KPI reporting.
  • Follow every quoted lead through the sales funnel to conclusion.
  • Handle all elements of the sales cycle from approach, closing, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create efficiencies and drive accuracies.
Skills & Experience:
  • Essential construction/agricultural/farming knowledge.
  • Experience in customer engagement/phone sales.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders.

An attractive base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus a commission structure. Bonuses are paid monthly, and there is potential for growth within the company.
