**Join Our Growing Property Maintenance Team**

**About Us**: We are a leading property maintenance company servicing real estate agencies from Loganholme to Ascot. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team and help us increase our capacity to manage over 24 real estate contracts.

**What You'll Do**: As a member of our team, your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Communicating professionally with tenants and property managers
- Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, and blowing paths
- Weed spraying and pruning trees using saws and chainsaws
- Trimming hedges and pressure washing paths/driveways
- Rubbish removal and disposal
- Transporting tools, equipment, and materials as needed
- Driving of our manual work utes
- Fuelling the work ute and fuel cans
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, ute, and trailer
- Taking photos and providing job details for invoicing and quotes

**What We Offer**:

- Above-award pay rates starting at $34.00 per hour, depending on experience

- An open, manual driver's license (compulsorary)
- Prior experience in property maintenance (preferred)

**Additional Information**:

- Schedule: Day shifts, Monday to Friday (No weekends - EVER)
- Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD 4110 (must be able to reliably commute)
