Job Opportunity: Community Life Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead community life in our contemporary village in Western Sydney.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents, making them feel at home and supported.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, service coordination, and overall smooth functionality.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities, including themed dinners, movie nights, gardening clubs, and fitness classes, tailored to residents' interests.
  • Lead a passionate team of staff who share a commitment to exceptional living experiences.
Key Requirements
  • Excellent people management skills, with experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven budgeting and financial reporting expertise.
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably within property, facilities, or retirement living.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on resident wellbeing and satisfaction.
  • Operational management experience, with strong organizational, consultative, and negotiation skills.
