**Life Experience Coordinator**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the design and delivery of engaging life experiences for our clients. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our team to create meaningful interactions that bring joy and fulfillment to those we care for.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. As a Life Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating social and leisure programs under the guidance of our experienced team.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring each client has a current and accurate lifestyle assessment and a documented plan for recreational activities aligned with their needs and preferences. You will also work closely with our clients to understand their interests and goals, and develop tailored plans to support their well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in aged care
  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification
  • Fully approved Covid-19 vaccination status
  • A current NDIS card
