  • Maintain a proactive approach to generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
  • Build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to provide seamless transitions for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
