About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Specialist to join our team at Bank of Queensland. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering high-quality Leadership and Development Programs for our people leaders.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing engaging and relevant Leadership program collateral, ensuring it resonates with a diverse audience. You will also facilitate our programs, whether in-person or virtually, driving strong commercial outcomes for the bank, strengthening our risk culture, and building our leadership capability and maturity.

With a focus on business partnering and facilitating the delivery of engaging learning experiences, you will work closely with our Head of Leadership to achieve our goals. Your energy and commitment to facilitating and engaging leaders at all levels will enable us to create quality leadership development experiences.

About You

We are looking for someone who is experienced in leadership development, has a knack for business partnering, and is skilled at facilitating and executing the delivery of engaging learning experiences. You should be comfortable leading workshops that leave a lasting impression and have top-notch communication skills, both in writing and in person.
