About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Smiggle Marketing Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation and implementation of global marketing campaigns, including managing relationships with licensors, shopping centre groups, charities, PR, and influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Global Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and analyze global marketing campaigns for each season.
- Lead and support a team of marketers to implement marketing plans to timeline.
- Conceptualize and realize innovative brand experiences through stores, retail, and licensing partnerships, growing fan engagement and brand love.
- Project manage licensing collaborations, ensuring seamless communication with licensors and gaining approval of marketing plans and assets.
- Manage PR agency and influencer relationships, briefs, and results, providing campaign briefs to increase brand coverage and reach.
- Develop strong partnerships with charity partners, creating and implementing annual marketing plans to increase fundraising results and awareness.
- Lead internal brainstorms and ideation for marketing campaigns, project managing the rollout across digital and retail channels.
- Create and maintain marketing reports, sharing results of campaign activity and making recommendations for future campaigns.
- Marketing or Communications university qualification.
- 2-3 years experience in managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience within a retail or children's brand environment is advantageous.
- Experience working with third-party agencies, including PR, ad agencies, and charities, would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
