We are seeking an experienced Strategic Finance Leader to join our team.

About the Role :

This position involves collaborating closely with business unit managers to drive financial performance and support sound decision-making. The Strategic Finance Leader will oversee month-end close processes, maintain internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a small accounting team, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate year-end reporting and liaise with external tax accountants.
  • Authorise weekly and monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial internal controls and processes to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements :

  • CPA / CA qualification required, with a degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
  • Proven experience in management accounting, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
