About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Talent and Culture Specialist to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Talent and Culture department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment and onboarding efforts.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their career development and growth within the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
