Job Title: Head of Corporate Governance

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our corporate governance functions, providing enterprise-wide oversight of governance, risk, and compliance. This role involves overseeing public interest disclosures, conflicts of interest, right to information, ethics, lobbyist management, and audit coordination.

The successful candidate will have experience leading corporate governance functions and providing strategic advice in complex environments. A deep understanding of statutory compliance obligations, including policy frameworks, declarations of interest, RTI coordination, and audit engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of mandatory online training for all non-HR policies
  • Maintaining and reporting on key compliance registers
  • Coordinating periodic reviews of policy artefacts

Requirements:

  • Experience leading corporate governance functions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with leadership capabilities that foster innovation, ethical behaviour, and a culture of accountability and transparency
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clarify and influence broad, complex issues across all levels of the organisation
