Customer Service Representative RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling phone inquiries, and supporting the dental team with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in using computer software applications, and experience with file keeping and data entry. Previous experience as a dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
