This individual plays a vital role in ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of guest queries, managing the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and audits with precision. They maintain effective communication with the Guest Service Manager and other departments, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills at all times.

- Adhere to procedures regarding foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
