We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
Your key responsibilities will include managing patient enquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining a professional office environment.
- Manage patient and family enquiries via phone and in person.
- Schedule bookings and process appointment payments efficiently.
- Diary management for our team of Psychologists.
- Maintain a clean and organized office space.
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive first impression.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential.
- Experience working in healthcare or medical industries is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
