Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to join our team and take on a lead role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing best-practice HR guidance to clients, analyzing business requirements, and developing effective configuration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR guidance to clients on their recruitment and onboarding processes, analyzing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions.
  • Lead implementations and support projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Support clients in defining, enhancing, and documenting business processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritizing gaps and designing the implementation timeline.
  • Build prototypes, implementing the solution and testing environment.
  • Define the testing approach, develop test scripts, execute test scripts, record gaps, and resolve.
  • Finalize configuration, migrating the solution to the production environment, performing data migration activities, and conducting cut-over activities.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer activities, training and supporting clients to develop their skills.
Requirements
  • At least ten years of experience with the implementation and support of SuccessFactors projects.
  • Experience and in-depth understanding in HXM Process Optimization and Design, combined with an interest in best practices and latest trends in the area.
  • Ideally certification in SuccessFactors in one or more modules, RCM and ONB is a must, EC would be an additional advantage.
  • Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from functional business owners.
  • Experience in configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
  • Experience with the integration into Employee Central.
  • Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral).
