About the Role:
DyFlex Solutions is seeking an experienced HCM Consultant to join our team as a Senior Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors RCM/Onboarding Expert. As a key member of our SAP consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors projects, with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients' processes by analyzing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions.
- Lead implementations and support projects, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support customers in defining, enhancing, and documenting business processes, including design solutions and estimating efforts to solve identified gaps.
- Build prototypes, implement solutions, and test environments, defining testing approaches and developing test scripts.
- Finalize configuration, migrate solutions to production environments, and perform data migration activities.
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities, including training and support for customers to develop their skills.
Requirements:
- At least ten years of experience with the implementation and support of SuccessFactors projects.
- Experience and in-depth understanding in HXM Process Optimization and Design, combined with an interest in best practices and latest trends in the area.
- Ideal certification in SuccessFactors in one or more modules, RCM, and ONB is a must, EC would be an additional advantage.
- Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from functional business owners.
- Experience in configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
- Experience with integration into Employee Central.
- Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral).
