Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HCM Consultant with a focus on Recruitment and Onboarding to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career stage HCM consultant to work with a dynamic virtual team and develop their skills across the SuccessFactors suite.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR guidance to clients by analyzing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions to evaluate current recruitment practices.
- Lead implementations and support projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Support clients in defining, enhancing, and documenting business processes to optimize their HR operations.
- Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritize gaps, and design the implementation timeline.
- Build prototypes, implement the solution, and test the environment to ensure seamless integration.
- Define the testing approach, develop test scripts, execute test scripts, record gaps, and resolve them.
- Finalize configuration by migrating the solution to the production environment, performing data migration activities, and conducting cut-over activities.
- Conduct knowledge transfer activities, including training and support, to help clients develop their skills and expertise.
- At least ten years of experience with the implementation and support of SuccessFactors projects.
- Experience and in-depth understanding of HXM Process Optimization and Design, combined with an interest in best practices and the latest trends in the area.
- Ideal certification in SuccessFactors in one or more modules, RCM and ONB is a must, EC would be an additional advantage.
- Proficiency in gathering and assessing requirements from functional business owners.
- Experience in configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
- Experience with integration into Employee Central.
- Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
- Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral).
