This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the creation and build of frameworks and relevant systems within a greenfield environment.
As a Work Health & Safety Manager, you will:
- Have oversight of the Safety function for this division, with one direct report, and responsibility for ensuring high levels of safety outcomes.
- Proactively collaborate with People Leaders to identify gaps and operationalise solutions that address key risks.
- Lead legislative compliance and drive objectives that support a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing incident reporting and injury management in clinical environments.
- Building strong stakeholder engagement and supporting change initiatives across a dispersed and complex environment.
- Supporting the team and broader business in a hybrid working environment.
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in implementing Health & Safety programs within a healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability in building strong stakeholder engagement and supporting change initiatives.
- Comfort to roll up sleeves and support the team and broader business.
Salaries and Benefits:
$150,000 - $160,000 per annum.
